There is an engineering department and production unit in Tunisia supported by a commercial and logistic entity in France. There is a weekly shuttle rotation between the 2 sites. This organization allows us to make the most of and bring together the benefits that 2 different solutions could offer. We, therefore, offer a technical know-how and a quality of service at reduced costs while maintaining proximity with our customers.
LOGISTIC AND COMMERCIAL PLATFORM
As a sales entity for the national and European market, this structure ensures the global supply chain. Commercial support, supply management, production control in remote workshop, management of subcontracting phases, storage and distribution. It also manages, monitors and supports external actors involved in the composition of products: partners / suppliers.
PRODUCTION WORKSHOP AND ENGINEERING
More than a remote workshop, this production and research unit ensures all operations related to the added value of the product. From the study to the release control through the design phases of the tools / production lines, industrialization, production, finishing, control and assembly. This entity also allows the use of local outsourcing for special processes (under the guise of qualifications) and directly accesses local markets that are growing steadily.
